Committer access to the project host. If you are only reading the docs or pulling a tarball you do not need an account - everything public is already public.

Accounts are issued by hand to people whose patches have landed. There is no password reset form, because there is no self-service account: a lost password is a note to dev@flintstack.dev from an address the committer list already knows. If you have never had an account, the page you want is requesting one.
This form checks that both fields are filled and then tells you the sign-in failed, which it will, because authentication lives on the host and not in this page. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored.
